How much does it cost to list a property?

The only cost is a small $30 fee so we can verify that you are the owner of the property. If you would like to provide us with documents to verify property ownership, please contact us and the cost will be FREE! We do not charge any commission or any other fees upon the sale of your property.

Are you a sales agent acting on our behalf?

No. All communication is direct from the buyer's agent to you. We are, however, always here to assist with your listing or to help you navigate the platform.

Who will see my property listing?

Only those who have registered as a buyer or sales agent. Their identity has been verified and they work in the real estate industry.

What conditions are there to listing my property?

The commercial property must not be listed on any other major real estate platforms. You must be the owner or authorized to act on behalf of the controlling entity the property is owned by. All information provided in the listing and to the buyer must be truthful and accurate.

How do you market the properties discreetly?

The street address and identity of the property owner are not disclosed until you, the owner provides this information directly to the buyer.

A small fee to get big things underway

Owners wishing to list their property pay only a small  “verification fee” of $30 to cover a title search and proof or ownership. No other costs apply.

Owners can avoid paying the verification fee by submitting their Certificate of Title when they list their property. Upon receipt of your Certificate of Title, we will contact you to confirm that everything is set for you to go live.
